The Fordingbridge Twinning Association is preparing for a busy time over the next 12 months.
In 2017, it will be celebrating the 35th Anniversary of Twinning with Vimoutiers in Normandy. Festivities in Fordingbridge will be held on 27/28 May when the Association will be hosting guests from France, and also from their other twin towns in Germany and Belgium.
There will then be a return visit to France in October 2017 when the Association will be well represented in Vimoutiers to help them celebrate on the other side of the Channel.

Meanwhile, on Saturday 22 October, the Fordingbridge Twinning Association will be holding its very successful annual regular “Jazz on an Autumn Evening” event in Fordingbridge Town Hall.
Music and songs in French and English will be provided by local band ‘Musique a Trois’ and will be in a relaxed style.
Food will be provided – a ‘twinning’ buffet consisting of produce from Vimoutiers and Fordingbridge will be served to get into the mood!
The evening will begin at 7.30pm and tickets at £15 are available in Fordingbridge from Caxton’s Décor and Jessica Fashions.
