Through Hitting the Cold Spots, Hampshire County Council and the Environment Centre (tEC) can help with the cost of installing first-time gas central heating in qualifying homes.
To qualify for assistance under this scheme you need to:
- own your own home, or rent from a private landlord,
- have no central heating system in the home,
- live in a home that is expensive to heat (to be confirmed by an energy performance survey), and
- be on a low income*.
