Fordingbridge Town Council are looking for a part-time Assistant Clerk to work 16 hours per week worked over 4 days Tues-Friday, plus evening meetings and to deputise for the Town Clerk in her absence.

NALC Pay Scale LC1 SCP15 £16,572 to SCP22 £20,253 pro-rata according to qualifications and experience

Duties include preparing meeting agendas, taking and writing minutes, dealing with correspondence, writing reports, managing the website and liaising with the public, other organisations and authorities.

CiLCA qualification ideal, relevant experience and qualifications desirable but commitment and motivation essential.  Applicants need to be computer literate and flexible in their approach to work.
