The New Forest Jazz Workshop reconvened this week, despite the blizzards, gales, black ice, snow and weather warnings.
Most of the team got there!
In fact, because we went in early, the hall was very welcoming, being pre-warmed and set up.
Perhaps, on second thoughts, we shouldn’t have played “Summertime”, and maybe not even “Autumn Leaves”?
Nevertheless, fourteen intrepid souls made it, and we had a (very) good rehearsal.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday evening, 28th March, at Godshill Village Hall, right opposite the Fighting Cocks Public House.
